At the helm of CoWorks Project Management is Jackie Edaburn, a woman and minority leader with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. Jackie’s career has been shaped by a unique journey, starting as a young woman in a male-dominated field, navigating challenges, and learning from both great mentors and moments of feeling lost.
Having worked at Turner Construction, Gallant Builders, and Tellepsen, Jackie’s wide-ranging experience in general contracting roles taught her the importance of guidance at every stage of a project. During these years, Jackie discovered her passion for teaching—not just new team members but also her clients. Her personal philosophy, "You don't know what you do not know", drives her commitment to ensuring that clients never feel uncertain or unsupported.
